Testing Facilities
Ruav India Private Limited has full strength lab facilities to control the quality of the raw material along with the quality of the finished & semi-finished goods by the virtue of continuous monitoring of the measuring parameters and customer requirement. Based on the segments of manufacturing we are using different kinds of testing tools.
1.Tensile Tester- Elongation, tensile strength and elasticity testing of PVC coated copper wire and rubber. Load testing of terminal and coupler.
2.Oven- For various heat treatment.
3.Muffle Furnace with high range capacity – To test various solid particles in the rubber moulded component.
4.Weighing scales ranging from 0.0001 gm.
5.Temperature tester- Laser type heat sensor
6.Durometer- To check the Shore ‘A’ hardness of different kind of rubbers components.
7.Push-Pull Load Tester- To check the Housing to terminal, Mate to Unmate and terminal crimp retention force.
8.Electrical continuity test- To check the electrical continuity along with the terminal back-out and wrong connection in the wire assy.
Tooling Facilities
Mould design and manufacturing capabilities of the company are a key to its ability to provide development solutions.
Tool manufacturing is done on state-of-the-art CNC machines. Proving & try-out facilities on injection moulding machines are in tandem with tool manufacturing facilities.
